Introduction of examples of maintenance and conservation practices

We will introduce a project to add functions to an existing equipment machine.

The target machine is a small CNC lathe, and the tailstock is a special accessory because it is mainly used for chucking work.  Customers choose whether or not to have a tailstock when purchasing a machine, depending on the nature of their work.  This customer did not initially have a shaft workpiece and did not have a tailstock, but now the customer has decided that a shaft workpiece is needed for a new job.
The customer wanted to add a tailstock at the customer's factory. Shiozawa Kougyou worked with the manufacturer to develop a list of parts, electrical wiring, and hydraulic piping, which were then purchased by the customer as parts, and our staff was dispatched to the site to perform the installation work.

Five machines were ordered at the same time. The work was performed by 2 workers/group.
