Introduction of examples of maintenance and conservation practices
After identifying the location of the oil leak and determining the cause, we replaced the part.
Oil leakage is one of the most common problems, and while there are cases where the location of the oil leak can be clearly identified, there are also cases where it is difficult to distinguish whether it is cutting water or oil leakage.
In particular, since cutting oil is used in the chucking section, it is often difficult to identify the location of the leak. In this case, we will introduce the repair of an oil leak from the hydraulic cylinder unit located at the rear of the chucking area.
It is possible to use the current cylinder by replacing the seal of the hydraulic cylinder unit without replacing the entire unit.
