A CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is a stationary measuring instrument that can measure the dimensions, positioning, contours, and geometric tolerances of an object with high precision by applying a contactor to the object on the stage and obtaining three-dimensional coordinates in terms of length, width, and height.
