Process management

It is a term mainly used in production management, and refers to the management of labor, equipment, raw materials (including parts), etc., so that the objectives of the production process (meeting production targets within delivery time) can be achieved efficiently. Process (order of work) management is used not only in production departments, but also in sales and development departments in order to advance their work.
