ACCURACY INSPECTION

The accuracy of a product machined by a machine tool depends greatly on the accuracy of the machine used for machining. If the accuracy of the machine is poor, the machining accuracy will not be good. Therefore, accuracy testing standards for machines are established based on certain standards, and inspections are conducted based on these standards. The accuracy test includes (1) dimensional accuracy, (2) profile accuracy, and (3) positioning accuracy.
