Shiozawa Kogyo has been assembling and overhauling machine tools / industrial machinery in-house, based on the experience gained through years of machine assembly technology. Our engineers with high technical skills who have handled numerous machine tools and industrial machines are in charge of machining. They process a wide variety of parts using general-purpose lathes, NC lathes, general-purpose milling machines, NC milling machines, machining centers, etc.
We can manufacture parts for machines that are no longer in production, as well as parts for high-mix, low-volume production.
Even for parts of old machines that are not supported by the manufacturer, we can create a drawing from the actual part and process it.
